US11.5?/UK10.5-11? (gum waffle outsole portion measures 29.4cm.)

excellent used condition. rubber is without issue but for 1 heel tab loss & peeling away of the other. the plastic (?) internal heel counter has curled & stiffened however should wrap the ankle & not effect wear/comfort. the lateral corner of the right however has broken down on the edge. size not visible but confident of 11.5 if not 11. colour may well be navy but essentially looks black
