good used condition. most importantly the (first) foxing stripe area rubber remains soft & flexible. the friction itself has succumbed to wet rot which has thereafter hardened. the only real brittle areas are at the heels however there is limited bend in that area. the left shoe is not problematice however the left shows splitting of rubber. there is white paper residue where the tacky rubber picked up paper. from expereience these will hold up to normal wear however ultimate longevity will be compromised. the waffle is problem free. they do however remain structurally sound internally. the right shoe fits slightly narrow with a higher foxing. wear at own risk!
